1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ku98 ("ku98", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ku98 platform at https://ku98.io, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, place any bets, or use any features of the ku98 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the ku98 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the ku98 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Any winnings accrued during a period where the player is later confirmed to have been underage will be void and non-payable.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the ku98 platform only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of different email addresses or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances therein being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are entirely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. ku98 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any available two-factor or OTP-based authentication features offered by the platform.
• Contact ku98 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

ku98 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment details via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

ku98 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security or your voluntary disclosure of login credentials to a third party.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ku98 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are widely used across Bangladesh:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ku98 balance within seconds of payment confirmation on the mobile banking side. ku98 does not charge any platform-side fee on standard deposits. Transaction fees, if any, imposed by your mobile banking provider are your own responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by ku98 during standard operating hours. For fully verified accounts, withdrawal processing to bKash or Nagad typically takes between one and four hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ku98 processes withdrawals to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit unless an exemption is formally approved by the accounts team.

Withdrawal Verification: ku98 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to requesting identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations. ku98 may withhold a withdrawal for up to seven (7) business days in cases where verification checks are pending.

All funds held in player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ku98 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not offer currency conversion services.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ku98 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms stated within a given promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ku98 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated within the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
• ku98 reserves the right to specify which games, betting markets, or product categories contribute towards wagering requirements, and at what contribution rate.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements have been met, ku98 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus balance and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.
• ku98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds credited will be removed from the player's balance.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, the use of another person's payment details, or coordinated bonus abuse — will be voided and the account suspended.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

By placing any bet or participating in any game on the ku98 platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following general betting and game conduct rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ku98 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in cases where ku98 itself voids a market or game in accordance with its operating rules.
• ku98 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed failure — at any time, before or after the event to which the bet relates has concluded.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event or game, the result recorded by ku98's official data provider will be treated as authoritative. ku98's decision on any disputed bet outcome is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku98 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or accessing more than one ku98 account per individual player.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, using stolen payment details, or impersonating another person.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus funds, or any form of collusion with other players to extract bonus value unfairly.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other tool that generates bets or gameplay actions without direct manual input from the registered player.
• Match Fixing and Insider Information: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of a fixed sporting event or in connection with any match-fixing arrangement.
• Money Laundering: Using the ku98 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to conduct transactions designed to conceal the source of illicit funds.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access the accounts of other players, reverse-engineer the platform's software, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the ku98 systems.

ku98 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts manual reviews of flagged accounts on an ongoing basis. Where suspicious activity is detected, ku98 reserves the right to place a hold on all funds pending a full investigation, the duration of which may be extended if law enforcement bodies become involved.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ku98 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of ku98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ku98 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the ku98 platform without express written permission.
• Creating derivative works based on ku98 brand assets or platform content.
• Using ku98 trademarks, logos, or brand names in any context outside your personal use of the platform.
• Screen-recording, live-streaming, or publicly broadcasting gameplay from the ku98 platform without prior written authorisation.

ku98 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other technically harmful components. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Nothing in these Terms limits ku98's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

ku98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or KYC within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with a known fraud network.
• Suspicion that the account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
• Suspected use of automated betting tools, bots, or other prohibited software.
• At the request of a third-party regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct by the player — for example, due to a platform decision to exit a particular market — any verified, unencumbered real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
